For all Paid Public Experiences, you can get a full refund up to 7 days prior to the day of your experience. At present, we do not accept refund requests on Private Experience bookings. More details can be found in our Refunds and Cancellations Policy.
- Go to Fild and sign in.
- In the top-right corner, from the dropdown menu, click Bookings.
- On the Upcoming tab, click on the booking you wish to request a refund.
- From the booking detail page, click the Request a Refund button; a compose email window will popup.
- Provide a reason for the cancellation and hit send.
If the refund request is valid, the funds will be returned to the payment method that was used to book the experience.
